The Dainik Savera Times reports positive outcomes of 'War Against Drugs' campaign, says Praveen Kumar

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Punjab’s “War Against Drugs” mission is showing positive results, with collaboration between the police, administration, social service organizations, sports, and religious groups across the state.
Praveen Kumar, Punjab in-charge of Shri Hindu Takht, youth flag bearer of Shri Panchanad, and social activist, shared that encouraging progress is being seen under the campaign. He stressed the need to work closely with police and administration to raise awareness in every community.
He praised the efforts of “Shri Anti,” a support line focused on rescuing youth from drug addiction. Kumar highlighted that so far, Punjab Police has seized 1,488 kg of narcotics and arrested more than 2,000 drug traffickers under the campaign.
Additionally, he noted that over 60,000 individuals are currently undergoing treatment at rehabilitation centers in the state. He called for collective efforts from all religious, social, and community organizations to free future generations from addiction.

मोहाली, 17 मार्च : मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान के नेतृत्व में पंजाब सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे मिशन स्वर्णिम पंजाब के अंतर्गत ‘युद्ध नशों के विरुद्ध’ अभियान के लिए प्रदेश भर में पुलिस, प्रशासन, समाजसेवी संस्थाएं, खेल और धार्मिक संस्थाओं के सहयोग से मिलकर कार्य किया जा रहा है।
इसी कड़ी में पंजाब प्रदेश के प्रभारी श्री हिंदू तख्त, श्री पंचनद के युवा ध्वजाधिकारी और पंजाब के समाजसेवी प्रवीन कुमार ने बताया कि अभियान के तहत सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आ रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस, प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर समाज के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को जागरूक करना बहुत जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में युवाओं को नशे की दलदल से निकालने के लिए सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही योजनाएं कारगर सिद्ध हो रही हैं।
खासकर, उन्होंने उनकी सपोर्ट लाइन श्री एंटी, जो पंजाब की युवा शक्ति को नशे की दलदल से बाहर निकालने में लगी हुई है, की तारीफ की। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब पुलिस द्वारा अब तक के अभियान में 1488 किलो नशे का सामान जब्त किया गया है, जबकि 2000 से अधिक नशा तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
प्रवीन कुमार ने बताया कि अब तक राज्य में लगभग 60 हजार से ज्यादा लोगों का नशा छुड़ाने के लिए रिहैब सेंटर में इलाज चल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस लड़ाई में सभी धर्मों, समाजों और संस्थाओं को एकजुट होकर सहयोग करना चाहिए ताकि आने वाली पीढ़ियों को नशा मुक्त किया जा सके।
